Return & Refund Policy

We always endeavor to make each transaction on our website as smooth as possible, and we take great care in delivering our products while adhering to the highest quality standards. All of our shipments are thoroughly examined before leaving our store/warehouse.

We do not have refund policy. we pay refund in the form of credit note within 2 to 3 working days once we receive the product ( * Credit valid for 1 Year Only) and  7 days of return policy.

However, if it is discovered that the incorrect product was sent to you or that the product contains a real manufacturing flaw, we are willing to fix your issue and re-fill your order.

You can submit a problem, complaint, or query about the ordered product to our store within 48 hours of delivery between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. IST: email us at info@londonsnitch.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and product image. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse, it goes through three layers of quality control; if there is a problem with the product, we will remedy it for you. Please make sure you have a video of opening the parcel; it is required, otherwise we will be unable to proceed with the exchange.

Our team will analyze the problem and respond within 48 working hours. Please keep the merchandise unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in saleable condition until the issue is resolved. We maintain the sole discretion to resolve any such problem/complaint as we think appropriate.

Once a user places an order, our systems will be unable to cancel the transaction and issue a refund to the customer if the payment has been processed. If there is an error in the size, color, or quantity of your order, please email us and we will try our best to fix it if it has not yet been completed.
